So How Do We Guarantee Quality?
From experience, offering specific designs rather than a generic description (Gift-Wrapped, Hand-tied Bouquet, etc.) will lead immediately to problems where the executing shop does not have the stock to execute a specific design, so we always recommend florists to select the option ‘florist choice’, allowing the executor to use the best stock available on the day, and to give the customer the best value for money. Shops who stick to these guidelines seldom get complaints. Do remember that it is in the terms and conditions that florists are allowed to substitute flowers and colours to an equal value in order to satisfy an order.
We operate a database of 95% of all the UK’s shops and have passed orders to nearly all of them. As a result of our experience in dealing with shops over the years, and passing huge volumes of orders to them, non-members have been given star ratings on performance and value for money. Some shops who have failed to execute orders properly or have consistently given poor value for money have been removed from the database, and this is an ongoing process. The result of this is that we receive very few complaints.
Our aim to provide a very high standard of floristry for your customers.
