The software is very user friendly, I think it's great. The service is definately fantastic, far better than any others we have dealt with in the past. Everybody is really friendly and on the ball.

Considering we only had the software for a couple of weeks before Valentine's it worked very well for us, with literally hundreds of local orders to enter at a time, any piece of software must be easy to use, something that the staff here found was definately the case. Features included with the software such as the address finder prove to be a huge plus too.

Thank you so much for the broadband software. Its Fantastic and so easy to use. To complete an order last week I had to fill in the order, look in albums for pictures. Look up a map reference or start up auto route. I can now do all this with just a click of the mouse, saving me loads of time. Just a quick e-mail to let you know what I think about the new software. As I've actually taken some time today to look at it I've just got one thought "ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT", the fact that the software is not just for the orders that I send to F2F and receive from F2F but for the customers that buy flowers in the shop is excellent. Professionally printed cards are another feature that I know will be a big hit with my customers as well as verses which are already loaded, as we all know customers get stuck for words, especially when they are ordering funeral flowers. But the best feature of the whole software is that even if I've never used the computer before I would be able to find my way around as everything is so easy to use and the best part is "IT SAVES TIME". Not to mention the fact that I can load my own photos and use them. All in all "BEST THING YET". Well done guys, keep up the good work.

We have tried the f2f software for just over two weeks, it is very simple and straight forward to use - no room for error! After dowloading the free trial we decided to purchase the software and try out the relay service. The service has been as easy to use as the software, receiving orders via broadband is so easy, I love how a pop up appears on screen and the order pops out of your printer!! What could be easier?? If anyone has doubts with regards to this system - try it, what do you have to lose!

Hi Simon. Great, easy, quick so pleased we downloaded your website. It is really working well and encouraging us to use the web to send orders. Most important it is SOOOOOOOO easy to use one of the best features is our customer listing, and automatic address with the postcode. This also acts as a security measure for us when taking telephone orders, should there be any comeback from the bank.

I am a new florist who has just opened a shop in Dornoch, Sutherland, I knew I would need some sort of relay service living in such a remote area, I looked into Interflora who charges were far to expensive for me just starting out also you have to be VAT registered, Teleflorist are far too expensive also. I read an article in Florist Wholesale Buyer that explained the cost and how easy it was to sign up. I telephoned and spoke to Simon who sent me details in the post, I downloaded all the information from the website it was that simple. I then spoke again to Simon who registered me with my password and went over every part of the online website and I was away, next day I completed an order myself with no hickups at all very straighforward. Customers that have used the service since have been delighted with the service.

I downloaded the software from direct2florist.com and uploaded my shop’s products and photographs yesterday – all within an hour. The software was logical and easy to use. The final website looks great. Well done to Simon and his team for yet more innovation for the independent florist.
